Principal's Message

Greetings Arlington Heights Elementary School Families:

 

It is with enthusiasm and honor that I serve as principal of this great community, consisting of AHES and AHES Dual Language Spanish Immersion.

 

At AHES, we do our absolute best to cultivate a strong sense of family within our school and extended community. As such, we encourage strong participation among all of our stakeholders to establish a welcoming learning environment that accepts all learners.

 

Curiosity, exploration, rigor and engagement represent only some of the key elements of learning that we strive to instill in our students. Furthermore, we push our students to commit to lifelong learning that continues all the way through adulthood, including, at the very least, college/university experiences.

 

In addition to teaching our students academics, we stress the importance of civic-minded individuals who will contribute to the betterment of society. We place emphasis on nurturing strong interpersonal skills, helpfulness, and voluntarism in our students.
